In Cirripedia, eggs adhering in one or more lamellae, within mantle cavity and in certain Lepadomorpha, held in position by ovigerous frenae [Moore and McCormick, 1969].
(Subclass Cirripedia):
Adherent egg masses forming one or more lamellae within mantle cavity, in some lepadomorph Cirripedia, held in place by ovigerous frena [McLaughlin, 1980].
(Subclass Cirripedia):
In certain stalked barnacles, one in a series of egg masses within mantle cavity. (See also ovigerous frena) [Stachowitsch, 1992].
